My name is Chris Thrall.

I am a former Royal Marines Commando turned adventurer, author, charity fundraiser, life coach and podcast host.

In 2022 I was awarded English Veteran of the Year for Inspiration for my work leading veterans out of the darkness of PTSD.

In December 2024, myself and former Irish Guardsman Louie Greenhalgh will row across the Atlantic Ocean unsupported to highlight the alarming issue of veterans’ mental health and to raise vital funds for homeless ex-forces and bereaved service children.
